Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery? ▾

Nope! Just leave your bag at your front door and we'll grab it. We'll text you when we've picked it up and again when your clean laundry is delivered back.

What detergent do you use? ▾

We use a standard gentle detergent by default. We're happy to accommodate any preferences — scent-free, specific brands, fabric softener or no softener, dryer sheets — just let us know when you book.

How much laundry fits in a bag? ▾

A standard bag holds roughly 15-20 lbs of laundry — typically about 1-2 loads worth. A large bag holds an extra-full load or bulky items. If you're not sure which bag to choose, just start with standard and we'll let you know.

How do I pay? ▾

We collect payment upfront via a secure Square payment link — just like ordering from DoorDash or Uber. After you book, we'll text you your total and a link to pay by credit or debit card. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Paying upfront means no awkward cash exchange at the door and confirms your spot on our schedule. Don't worry — if we ever make a mistake, we'll re-wash for free or refund you, no questions asked.

What if I'm not happy with my laundry? ▾

We stand behind every bag. If something's not right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a free re-wash, no questions asked.

Do you offer recurring service? ▾

Absolutely — and it's the best way to keep your laundry from piling up. Ask us about setting up a weekly or bi-weekly standing pickup. Many customers get a small discount for regular service.
